Shower Leak in Santee, CA

This damage was due to a leak in the shower pan. Leaky shower pans usually happen because of bad construction of the original shower. When a shower pan leaks it can cause a lot of problems because they are not found very quickly.

In this situation the leak required that the shower, tile floor, and bathroom cabinets be removed. The water had migrated a lot and it was all removed in order to properly dry it out. We fully reconstructed the bathroom, making it better than new and according to the customer, "the work is superior and everything was perfectly on schedule".
