After the last rain, I noticed moisture collecting on my windowsill. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the drywall below the windowsill had a water stain. Yikes! I called SERVPRO® of Spring Valley/Jamul, and they arrived quickly to inspect and assess the damage.

Using an infrared camera and hygrometer, they located the sources of the water leak. The water originated from my roof and was entering the house through a bad seal around the window. The technicians repaired the roof leak and the window seal and dried the area. They replaced the damaged drywall and repainted it. Now you would never know I had water damage below my window!
